The sky on a perfect day. The back waters. The clean quiet pool.
Although three paintings are separate, together they represent the elements of air and water and, so, are framed as one.
Earth
By: Sarah Groff
The western canyons were formed by rivers cutting through rock. I made
this from poster board, rice aper, and gesso. I sculpted the relief to look like canyons, then painted it with watercolors
and metalic paint.
Water

My mind's eye saw water reflecting the sun, dancing as more water comes
in like the tide. It is made of hand made paper, rice paper, gesso, and water colors, with some glass bead accents.
